4 in. of soft and sparkly snow, temps in the low 30s and no wind made for a nice day of grooming. Steve having done a good amount of shoveling and leveling yesterday, set Scott and I up for a productive day. We busted out the drag harrow and used that to churn up the service road a bit which then compacted nicely with the roller. The lower trails including the lower 10k meadow were roller compacted and looking OK for the most part particularly in the trees. Still beware of some rocks, stumps and bare ground in places and also the highway still has some packed snow in shady spots. We probably will groom again on Saturday and are awaiting a foot or so more before we can set classic tracks.
