We were able to groom the entire track with the Ginzu this morning, with the exception of the Klaus trail south of our container. After some rain and snow last night, we were dealing with spring like conditions with about an inch of corn snow covering the trails. The Ginzu performed flawlessly in the soft snow (with the blades up) and raked a nice corduroy track for skating. Classic tracks were set throughout most of the trail system, including the service road and lower meadows. Things should set up nicely overnight for some outstanding conditions through the weekend – hope you can get out and enjoy the trails! One exposed rock in the lower 10k meadow on the NE side which we marked with a red flag, otherwise good coverage. With more snow forecast for Monday and Tuesday, the next grooming session is tentatively set for Wednesday, February 20th. Thanks again to all of you who came out for the clinic last weekend, nice to see such a good turnout.
