Hi Everyone,
Another great day on the trails today…
After receiving an additional 8-10 inches of new snow overnight Friday, we were able to roll and compact the entire trail system, including the Klaus Trail, the new Service Road corridor (the single lane section on the east side of the Service Road that the Ski Area left unplowed) and all of the lower trials. Jeff and I traded time on the Griz and, with Steve’s help, also shoveled snow from the high to low side of canted sections of the trails. Everything should set up nicely overnight, so tomorrow should be great skiing… hope you can find time to get out and enjoy the trails!
We are working hard to have the trails in good shape for each coming weekend. Next planned grooming/trail maintenance day is set for this coming Thursday the 24th. If anyone is available Thursday to help with shoveling the canted sections, please let me know.
