DESCRIPTION:The competitive course begins in Crested Butte behind the Crested Butte Community School. The recreational course begins in Mt. Crested Butte at the Snodgrass Trailhead. Both races circumnavigate Gothic Mountain and end on the CB Nordic trail system at the Magic Meadows Yurt.

The Feb 15 is a 15km freestyle race\, so you can skate or classic ski (but prizes are awarded according to finish\, not technique). The course route will depend on snow conditions.
